Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Wanna Hit. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Your Account

To use Wanna Hit, you must create an account by providing accurate information including your name, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You may not share your account with others or create an account on someone else’s behalf without their permission.

3. The Service

Wanna Hit is a match scheduling service that helps players coordinate matches based on availability, skill level, and location. Match scheduling is performed by Wanna Hit administrators based on the availability you provide.

We do not guarantee a specific number of matches per week, month, or year. Match availability depends on the size of the player pool, your stated availability, and other factors outside our control.

4. SMS Notifications

Wanna Hit uses text messages as a core part of the Service. When you complete sign-up by verifying your mobile phone number with a one-time code, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Wanna Hit at that number, including:

• Verification codes (when you sign up or change your number)
• Notifications when a match is scheduled, confirmed, changed, or cancelled
• Court or location assignments tied to your matches
• Account-related updates

Message frequency varies based on your match activity. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. We do not send marketing or promotional messages over SMS, and we do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Wanna Hit message. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not delete your account, but Wanna Hit relies on SMS to coordinate matches — so opting out may significantly reduce your ability to use the Service.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent your identity, skill level, or availability
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• No-show repeatedly to scheduled matches without notice
• Attempt to access or interfere with other users’ accounts
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conduct rules.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Wanna Hit may offer paid subscription plans. Pricing is shown on the sign-up or upgrade page. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

To cancel your subscription, do so in your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused portions.

7. Match Conduct and Liability

Matches are organized by Wanna Hit but played at courts and venues that are independently operated. You are solely responsible for:

• Your physical safety while playing
• Following the rules of the venue where the match takes place
• Any costs associated with the venue (court fees, equipment, etc.)

Wanna Hit is not responsible for injuries, property damage, disputes, or other incidents that occur during or related to a match.

8. Intellectual Property

The Wanna Hit name, logo, website, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (e.g., profile information, comments). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it as needed to operate the Service.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@wanna-hit.com or using the in-app delete function.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wanna Hit and its operators, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Wanna Hit app at least 7 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
